Terms & Conditions

• Buyer must present legally binding signed Wisconsin offer to purchase to seller.

• Buyer must pay $150,000.00 earnest money within 3 days of offer being accepted by seller.

• Earnest money to be held in trust account.

• Buyer and Seller must each pay any fees or commissions for any representation they hire on their behalf.

• Remote closing will be allowed.

• Seller will provide buyer with clean title to property.

• All Wisconsin real estate laws and procedures will be in affect.

Purchase Price: $1,600,000.00

Sellers Conditions:

• Property and buildings are being sold as is. No warranties or guarantees are made by seller as part of this transaction.

• Seller does not live in the Winter WI area. They will need up to 45 days to remove their personal property. This can be from the accepted offer date if the buyer agrees to forfeit their earnest money if they back out of the deal before closing.

• Seller will not accept a land contract offer.
